Secretary:  Caroline Watson

Caroline is the "oil that keeps the wheels turning" at county office!  She is there from Tuesday to Friday from 9.00am until 1.00pm and can be contacted during that time.

Caroline came to YFC from Farmway at Hexham and has worked in the office for four years.  She is married to Frank and lives at Capheaton with their two children Nick (10) and Kathryn (7).  You may have seen Kathryn in the 27up pantomime where she starred alongside her mum!

Southern Area Field Worker: Liz Stewart

Liz joined us in 2003 to cover the south of the county doing new members nights, programme planning nights, training and covering the Health & Safety, Child Protection and the Risk Assessment areas of the job.

Liz is married to William and has three sons Malcolm (23), Richard (22), and John (13).  John is a member of Haltwhistle Young Farmers.  The family farm up on Hadrian's Wall so Liz always has quite a distance to travel!

County Chairman: Sarah Sparke

Sarah has taken on the county chairman's position this year.  Sarah is a member of Whitley Chapel and is currently the Rally Secretary for Whitley who are hosting the Rally next year.  She is a past Activities Chairman and has competed in five National Finals in the Entertainments Competition with Whitley. 

Vice Chairman: Stewart Weatherson

Stewart is currently Chairman of Haltwhistle and Chairman of the County Activities Committee.  He works on the family farm at Edges Green.  He was recently awarded the Northumberland YFC 'Best Male Party Animal' for 2005 anyone who knows him will know why! 

Junior Vice Chairman: Lindsay Carr

Lindsay is a member of Stamfordham she is currently their Club Secretary.  In her working life she runs the Pre-School at Belsay School.
